Warranty Claim Procedure
Here’s how you can claim your replacement:
- Fill and submit our warranty claim form
TUFF8 Screen Protector/Case Warranty Form Procedure:
- Complete the claim form
- On completion, you will be redirected to 'warranty replacement' page
- Select your phone model from the drop-down menu
- Proceed to checkout
- Pay the shipping and handling fee of $9.99 plus tax
- You will receive the order confirmation and the delivery status once the payment is received
- We are happy to share that we are providing limited lifetime manufacturer warranty on all our products (until the product is discontinued or out of stock) . There is a nominal shipping and handling fee of $9.99 plus tax
- Our warranty does not cover for any damage to the device due to misuse, damages or acts of god.
- To obtain a replacement, complete and submit the Screen Protection warranty claim form
Warranty policy for Phone Cases
- The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of the product. The warranty policy excludes normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse or modification of the product.
- To obtain a replacement complete and submit the other accessories’ warranty claim form.
- Upon receiving the completed warranty form, we will ship out a replacement.
- Your warranty period starts from the date of purchase
- Damaged products due to accidental drops/misuse is not covered under our warranty policy. We do not provide refund for any products
- The warranty does not cover the replacement of lost or stolen products
- Should a dispute between TUFF8 and the customer arise regarding our replacement policies, the final decision is at the discretion of TUFF8.
