TUFF8 Screen Protector/Case Warranty Form Procedure:

• Complete the claim form
• On completion, you will be redirected to 'warranty replacement' page
• Select your phone model from the drop-down menu
• Proceed to checkout
• Pay the shipping and handling fee of $9.99 plus tax
• You will receive the order confirmation and the delivery status once the payment is received
  
  

Warranty Policy

• We are happy to share that we are providing limited lifetime manufacturer warranty on all our products (until the product is discontinued or out of stock) . There is a nominal shipping and handling fee of $9.99 plus tax
• Our warranty does not cover for any damage to the device due to misuse, damages or acts of god.
• To obtain a replacement, complete and submit the Screen Protection warranty claim form 

Warranty policy for Phone Cases

• The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of the product. The warranty policy excludes normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse or modification of the product.
• To obtain a replacement complete and submit the other accessories’ warranty claim form.
• Upon receiving the completed warranty form, we will ship out a replacement.

• Your warranty period starts from the date of purchase
• Damaged products due to accidental drops/misuse is not covered under our warranty policy. We do not provide refund for any products
• The warranty does not cover the replacement of lost or stolen products
• Should a dispute between TUFF8 and the customer arise regarding our replacement policies, the final decision is at the discretion of TUFF8.
