Warranty

All TUFF8 cases come with a limited lifetime warranty.

 

To claim a replacement for your TUFF8 case, e-mail us at support@TUFF8.com with a proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) with your shipping address.

Our customer service team will confirm your details and process the replacement within 5 business days.

The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of the product. The warranty policy excludes normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse or modification of the product.

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • A proof of purchase is mandatory for us to be able to honour the replacement request 
  • Damaged cases due to accidental drops/misuse is not covered under our warranty policy
  • We do not provide refund
  • The warranty does not cover the replacement of lost or stolen products
  • Should a dispute between TUFF8 and the customer arise regarding our replacement policies, the final decision is at the discretion of TUFF8. For further assistance contact us @ support@TUFF8.com
